We strongly believe that there is no one way of eating that works for everyone and consider each person and their health journey as unique as they are. That's why we strive to provide our patients with personal support to create a sustainable and enjoyable path to healthy eating. Through our nutrition coaching, our patients understand what to eat, why to eat it, and how to eat in a way that best support their health.

Some of the tools that we use to help our patients improve their eating habits include:


  • Personalized meal plans emphasizing real, whole foods

  • Easy to make recipes with shopping lists

  • Instruction on how to make sense of food labels

  • Direction on how to properly stock up their pantries for healthy eating 

  • Tips on how to buy healthy foods without breaking the bank



I was always tired, no motivation, gaining weight, not sleeping, and on and on.  Martha realized I was depressed and I used food for comfort.  She helped me find the right treatment plan for my depression and the root cause of my symptoms was addressed.  I have learned coping mechanisms so that I don’t run to food as my comfort than ultimately would only make me feel worse.


I came to Martha so depressed and tired and she took the time to get to know me, my history and dug until she found a way to help me.  I hadn’t felt this good in a long time.


I have lost weight working with Martha and I thought it would never happen.  I have struggled for years with my weight.  Martha has helped me understand that the crash diets I was doing were not the answer.
